Exclusive Recruitment Agreement

This Exclusive Recruitment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Jeff Barkin Legal Recruiter (“Recruiter”) and the Client, effective as of the date of the Client`s signature. The parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Retention Services

The Client hereby retains the recruiting services of the Recruiter exclusively for a period of [duration] to assist in the search and placement of qualified candidates for legal positions within the Client`s organization.
